Start-Up Process

Estimate
After our first meeting, we design a plan and quote based on your requirements and wish list. Then we return it to you for review.
Final Review
After you have accepted our proposal, we review the entire estimate, drawings and scheduling to ensure all parties are in agreement on the scope of the project. We will make any necessary changes before construction begins.
Project Start & Selections
As the project begins, we have ongoing communication with the homeowner, with regular project updates. Some selections will be decided and confirmed before construction begins, while other selections will happen during construction.
The Build
We have made the garage building process as straightforward as possible. We divide construction into three different stages, so you know exactly what to expect during the project.
Pre-Build & Rough-in
We establish the site rules, then we complete hoarding and home preparations to ensure no damage happens to the home. Then we pull permits. Framing and other materials are also delivered.
Construction
Construction begins, when ready the framing & electrical walk-through will be completed followed by on-site City inspections. If required, we insulate and drywall is hung, walls and ceiling taped, mudded and sanded to a level 4 finish. The construction phase walk-through is completed.
Final touches
Switches and plugs are all installed. If required, final coats of paint are applied. City inspections are concluded. Final touch-ups applied, professional clean and homeowner walk-through completes the entire project.
